THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident, caring and motivated team member to join The Joint Chiropractically in a unique role:

?️ Chiropractic Assistant

- Manage practitioner schedules, appointments, payments and patient flow
- Welcome and confidently guide patients through the practice
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face and phone customer service
- Manage records, reports and general administration
- Stay organised, accurate and calm in a busy environment
- Help patients understand their health concerns and chiropractic care
- Communicate effectively between patients and practitioners
- Build genuine relationships and support patients throughout their health journey

Chiropractic experience is helpful — but not essential. We provide thorough initial training and ongoing development.

THE DETAILS

25-30 hours per week - Permanent Part Time

Typical shifts

Monday–Friday: 7:00am–11:30am & 2:00pm –6:30pm

Saturday: 7:00am–11:30am

There may occasionally be earlier or later finishes depending on the needs of the practice.

The role includes some Saturday shifts, along with some flexibility to assist with staff sick and holiday cover.

From time to time, we attend community events, workshops and promotional activities outside of normal office hours, so occasional additional hours may be required.
