The Opportunity

We are recruiting across multiple roles, offering diverse opportunities for candidates with experience in civil construction:

- Labourers – assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general duties.
- Pipelayers (stormwater and conduit) – installing and maintaining pipelines with accuracy and safety, plumbing experience.
- Operators – operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, skidsteer, rollers and trucks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform tasks across different roles as required by project needs.
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.




- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in civil construction or related fields preferred.
- White Card (Construction Induction) essential.
- Relevant tickets/licenses for operators and pipelayers highly regarded.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
