R&J; Batteries is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Branch Manager to lead our wonderful team in Hindmarsh.

What You'll Do

- Lead all branch operations, sales performance and profitability
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Driving sales growth and market expansion
- Manage inventory, stock control, reporting and branch performance
- Foster a safe, positive and customer focused culture aligned with our Values
- Work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm (45-hour week) with rostered Saturday mornings paid at penalty rates!

What you'll Bring

- Proven leadership and operational management experience
- Strong sales and business development capability
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- A hands‑on, proactive and results‑driven approach
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fitness and ability to perform some repetitive heavy lifting
- Current driver's licence
