The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Workplace Relations Consultant (Employee Relations) to provide high‑level advice and consultancy to managers and HR professionals across the Department. You will manage complex employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

You will contribute to policy development, undertake research and analysis, prepare reports, liaise with external agencies, and support best practice outcomes
