Quality & Compliance Manager

NSW & Queensland - Early Childhood Education (NSW based preferred)

This is a senior leadership role focused on strengthening quality, compliance, safeguarding and operational standards across multiple services.

You will work closely with Centre Directors and senior leadership to ensure services remain compliant while continuously improving outcomes for children, families and educators.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee quality and compliance across multiple early learning centres in NSW and Queensland
- Conduct regular compliance audits, centre visits and quality reviews
- Support Centre Directors to meet and exceed NQS, NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and action plans
- Monitor compliance with ACECQA and state regulatory requirements
- Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to Centre Directors and leadership teams
- Identify compliance risks and implement practical solutions
- Support services through assessment and rating processes
- Review policies, procedures and operational practices
- Promote a robust culture of child safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with senior management to drive consistent standards across the organisation

About You





You will be an experienced early childhood leader with a strong understanding of quality and compliance across multiple services.

We are looking for:

- Previous experience in a Quality, Compliance, Operations or Area Management role
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
- Experience working across multiple early learning services
- Strong understanding of ACECQA and state regulatory requirements
- Excellent auditing, reporting and compliance skills
- Proven ability to coach and influence Centre Directors
- Strong knowledge of child safety and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel across NSW and Queensland as required
