- Develop and mature communications capability and service offering aligned to strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver strategic internal and external communication plans
- Create compelling content across intranet, newsletters, email, social media, websites and presentations
- Build, maintain and optimise SharePoint sites in line with accessibility and governance standards
- Coordinate major employee engagement initiatives and events, including Town Halls, R U OK? Day and Safety Week
- Partner with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to uncover stories and translate complex information
- Prepare communication materials, briefing packs and presentations for senior leaders and executives
