About the role

The Practice Manager is responsible for the presentation, customer experience and productivity of the clinic. They are focused on ensuring a smooth and consistent client experience that delivers certainty, confidence and care to the client. The PM is required to create an environment that gives the experience of premium care, felt by both clients and practitioners.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure facility is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure cultural expectations of company values are felt and delivered by all
- Prepare rooms for practitioners daily
- Keep equipment and stock levels to company standards
- Manage diaries to deliver highest levels of productivity with no unusable gaps
- Constantly work to reduce cancellations and improve adherence to practitioner prescribed plans
- Ensure group class offering matches minimum attendance requirements
- Greet clients on entry in person and give tours of the facility to make them feel welcomed




- Nurture and encourage clients to join the community
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads when trends are seen
- Ensure WC team support client prescribed journey and support practitioners to deliver and develop methods and protocols
- Manage all billing by end of day and reconcile settlement to PMS reported takings
- Ensure cash report matches cash holdings and weekly/monthly cash deposits match PMS reported cash takings
- Manage leave and recruitment
- Take phone calls from existing clients for bookings and reschedules
- Take payments and showcase the facility and services
- Conduct initial consult onboarding
