Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing financial services business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join their team.

What you’ll do:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning division
- Partner with Financial Advisers and senior leadership to improve the client experience
- Drive process improvement, workflow optimisation and system enhancements
- Maintain strong oversight of AFSL, ASIC, compliance and advice quality
- Contribute to business transformation, M&A; and post-acquisition integration
- Assist with strategic planning, budgeting and broader business initiatives





What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams within an advice workplace
- Strong understanding of AFSL obligations, ASIC regulation and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency
- A confident and credible people leader who can influence at all levels
- Strong knowledge across financial planning, investments, superannuation, insurance and taxation
