Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Workshop Manager & Operations Manager to drive smooth daily operations
- Oversee job logistics planning & Scheduling
- Foster a positive, proactive culture and take full ownership of your role
- Support the achievement of business targets and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor workflow, identify issues early,



and implement effective solutions
- Assist with quoting, pricing, and job cost assessments
- Double check that painters and blasters are following correct procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance processes and industry standards

Required Experience & Skills

- Demonstrated leadership experience within a Surface treatment setting
- High technical proficiency in surface preparation and coating application
- Experience with pricing, costing, or estimating work
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative
- Proven ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and build capability
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to meet targets
- Competence in computer-based administration and planning is a bonus
- Ability to plan, coordinate resources, and manage competing priorities
