We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Joondalup clinic in early November and are seeking an ambitious and driven Managing Executive Physiotherapist to lead the clinic's operations, growth, and ongoing success.

As the Managing Executive Physiotherapist, you will balance clinical practice with non-clinical leadership responsibilities, benefiting from reduced patient-facing hours to focus on clinic management, team development, and business growth initiatives.

HBF Physio Joondalup will mirror the successful model of our existing clinics, delivering a range of services including Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, and Pilates. The clinic will supports a diverse client base, including NDIS, Workers Compensation, Medicare, and private patients.

Located in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, HBF Physio Joondalup offers an outstanding working environment dedicated to helping people achieve their best quality of life while continually raising the standard of allied health care.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with significant responsibility and autonomy while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them achieve both their professional goals and their own "best quality of life."

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Eligibility to work in Australia

Must be a practical and hands on Physiotherapist with a proven history of leadership

People management and Stakeholder management experience

Strong understanding of National Physiotherapy practice and commercial trade

Ability to think strategically, committed to positive workplace culture, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.

Can effectively manage relationships at all levels within the company
