Tassal Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader for the Dover Processing Facility, located about 80km south of Hobart. This permanent, full-time role operates on a 5 days on, 3 days off roster, leading the Offload team and ensuring safe forklift operations in a busy salmon production workplace.

You will drive productivity while upholding HACCP food-safety standards and continuous improvement, reporting to the Afternoon Shift Manager and supporting a cohesive, safety‑mocused team.
