Job Description

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress in Alice Springs is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to work with Aboriginal people who have chronic conditions. You will partner with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to plan and deliver multidisciplinary care that improves health outcomes in the community.

This full-time permanent role offers a solid professional development program, salary packaging options, six weeks' annual leave, relocation assistance where applicable, and access

Starting at $101,850 per annum. Alice Springs (with regular travel to remote communities). This position is a fixed-term fulltime role until 30th June 2027, with the potential for extension. Enjoy 12%
