Our client is an established early learning provider opening a brand-new centre in Footscray and is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead from day one .

This is a genuine start-up leadership opportunity to build your team, establish the centre's culture and set the direction for its success.

You'll have the autonomy to lead and make decisions, with strong support from an experienced management team across operations, compliance, systems and business development.

The Opportunity

- Lead the opening and day-to-day operation of a brand-new centre
- Recruit, lead and develop your team
- Establish a strong centre culture and reputation
- Build relationships with families and the local community
- Oversee programming, compliance and quality standards
- Manage staffing, rosters, resources and centre operations




- Support enrolment growth and community engagement

About You

You will be an experienced early childhood leader with:

- Previous Centre Director or senior leadership experience
- Advacned qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A proactive and hands-on approach
