The Department of Justice and Community Safety seeks a Legal Policy Officer to support Emergency Management Victoria (EMV). The role focuses on delivering strategic and authoritative legal policy advice to senior EMV and Departmental officers, including the Minister, on a broad range of emergency management issues.

Reporting to the Manager, Legal Policy and Legislation, you will contribute to complex policy development, legislative drafting, and risk analysis while supporting qualified
