First Choice Care is on the lookout for experienced RNs ready to move into teaching and education. As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll support nursing students through their placements, helping them develop practical, hands-on skills they'll carry into their careers.

Demand for facilitators has never been higher, and we're growing our Sydney team. If you've got the clinical background and a passion for mentoring, we want to hear from you.

About You

We're after RNs who are confident in their clinical ability and get genuine satisfaction from developing others. You'll need:

- A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- A Bachelor of Nursing
- Completion (or current enrolment) in the Clinical Facilitation:



Essential Skills and Principles short course
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across clinical teams, educators, and students
- Solid written skills for student assessments and documentation
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment, previous teaching or facilitation experience, or a completed preceptorship.
