MercyCare Ltd. is seeking carers for two clients in Western Australia, with complex physical and behavioural needs. Roles are based across Port Kennedy and Rockingham, with wide-ranging shifts from morning to evening. Prior experience is valued and Italian language is a bonus but not required.

Successful applicants will demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience, with a focus on tailored, compassionate care and calm, effective communication in challenging situations.
