Mercure Sydney Bankstown is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hotel and create lasting impressions for guests. The role covers check-in/out and a range of front office tasks with a roaster including mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts.

Ideal candidates have previous hotel customer service experience, solid MS Office and Opera Cloud skills, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude.
