They are currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Support Officer to join their team in Coffs Harbour as soon as possible, on an initial six-month contract.

The Job…..

Reporting through to the Manager Operations, in this role you will be responsible for:

- Providing high-level administrative support for the business unit.
- Managing business information to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and proper storage.
- Assisting with creating documentation and presentations, utilising a variety of systems.
- Implementing and improving administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintaining business unit filing systems for accurate and secure information management.




- Fostering relationships with other departments to facilitate meeting arrangements and smooth flow of information across the business unit.
- Addressing emerging issues promptly to ensure effective resolution.

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Business Support or Project Support role.
- SAP and TRIM experience highly regarded.
- Government sector experience highly advantageous.
- Unrestricted Class C driver’s licence.
- Confident working across multiple systems and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
