You will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Intake & Assessment team, supporting the Manager to lead and develop staff and to resolve high-volume requests for assistance.

The role focuses on exercising delegated powers, improving systems and processes, and delivering early resolution of complaints while upholding confidentiality and privacy standards.
