The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) to join our specialist Class Actions team in Sydney and help drive some of the most significant and emerging class actions in the country.

You'll work across the full lifecycle of a class action, including:

- Litigation strategy and case development
- Investigations and evidence preparation




- Legal research and drafting
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Settlement-related work

This is a unique opportuity to take a client facing role in cases that change industries and their workplaces.

Who We're Looking For

Litigation experience in any form is key. You might have built your litigation skills in defendant insurance, plaintiff litigation, or general disputes, and be looking for work in a current area of class actions. Direct experience in class actions will be valued but not essential.

More than your CV, we're looking for someone who is:

- Energetic and proactive. Work can be a joy if its for a good purpose
- Genuinely curious about litigation, dispute resolution, and public-interest law
- Respect for the law, its process, its critical thinking and its eye for diligence and detail
- A team player who cares, about clients, about outcomes, and about the people you work alongside
