About the role

We're looking for a Client Implementation Analyst to join our team at First Sentier Group. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our institutional and wholesale clients while supporting the ongoing management of client and distributor relationships.

Working across a range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll coordinate onboarding activities, support contract governance, manage distribution and rebate arrangements, and help drive continuous improvement across our processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with stakeholder management in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Please note this role is a 12 month FTC

Your day-to-day

Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

- Coordinate client onboarding activities and ensure operational readiness
- Support the management of distribution and rebate agreements
- Assist with the implementation and processing of management fee rebates

Distributor & Service Provider Management
- Liaise with distributors, registries, custodians, and other third-party providers
- Support wholesale due diligence reviews and RFI requests
- Prepare and maintain flow and FUM reporting

Governance & Risk Management
- Maintain accurate records and registers in line with governance requirements
- Coordinate contract reviews, amendments, and related documentation
- Support a strong risk and control environment across onboarding activities

Client Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver a high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Maintain procedures, documentation, and management reporting
- Contribute to projects, working groups, and change initiatives across the business

Your skills and experience

You'll bring experience from a financial services environment and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to deliver strong client outcomes.
- Experience within asset management, asset servicing,



wealth management, or a related financial services workplace
- Exposure to client onboarding, wholesale distribution, platforms, or pooled funds
- Experience working with internal operational teams and external service providers
- Understanding of regulatory and operational requirements within financial services, including familiarity with Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) and RG146 (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
