We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Client Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage day-to-day client communication and deliver an exceptional client experience
- Coordinate workflows between our offshore team and onshore accountants
- Manage deadlines, compliance calendars and deliverables
- Lead client and advisory meetings
- Build strong, trusted relationships with business owners across a diverse client portfolio

- Experience in a similar client management role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, with robust ownership of deadlines and priorities
- A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through
- Confidence leading client and advisory meetings
