What you'll be doing
- Managing end-to-end client service across a HNW client portfolio
- Supporting advisers with advice preparation, implementation and follow-up
- Handling provider liaisons, ROA prep and client documentation
- Delivering smooth onboarding and a consistent,



high-quality service experience
- Contributing to process improvement as the firm scales

What you bring
- Solid experience as a CSM or Client Services Officer in financial planning
- Good working knowledge of industry processes, documentation and compliance
- Solid communication skills and an organised, proactive approach
- A genuine interest in client care — not just ticking boxes
