We're hiring: Client Relationship Manager

VECA operates two 24/7 emergency and specialist veterinary hospitals in Sydney, at Campbelltown and Norwest. We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own the relationship between our hospitals and the general practice vets who refer to us.

This is a road role. Visiting clinics across Greater Sydney, building genuine relationships with practice owners, vets, nurses and reception teams, running CE evenings and hospital tours, and following up referral cases so referring vets get timely feedback.

You'll bring

Veterinary industry experience (nurse, practice manager, vet, or industry territory sales)

A full NSW licence and your own reliable car

Confidence with outreach through every channel, including cold visits

We offer

2 to 3 days per week to start with a explicit path to full time
