The Opportunity This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager ready to take the next step in their career with an established and loyal client base.

You’ll manage key client relationships while providing proactive accounting, taxation and business advisory support beyond traditional compliance. Working closely with clients across their business and personal financial journeys, you’ll become a trusted adviser, identify opportunities and help deliver holistic solutions that support their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse portfolio and deliver tax, accounting, business advisory and strategic guidance.




- Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities across tax, wealth, succession and broader client needs.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
- Manage workflows, deadlines and client deliverables to maintain high service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across client service and internal processes.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support recent client acquisition.
- Contribute to business development, strategic growth and leadership initiatives.
- Deliver a holistic client experience aligned to clients’ broader business and financial goals.

About You

- 10+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting, with strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
- CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio and complex advisory relationships.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring or managing accounting professionals.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, business advisory and client service, with the ability to provide commercially focused advice.
- Proven ability to build trusted adviser relationships and identify opportunities to deliver holistic solutions.
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine commitment to client outcomes.
- Professional, confident and capable of contributing at a senior leadership level.
