About the role

VISIS Private Wealth is seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD 4000, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client support and ensuring seamless service delivery to our private wealth clientele. As a Client Services Officer, you will be the cornerstone of client relationships, managing enquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence in financial planning and wealth management.

What you'll be doing

- Managing client enquiries and requests via telephone, email and in-person meetings with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings with financial planners and wealth advisors
- Preparing client documentation, statements and reports required for financial planning and advisory services
- Processing client transactions and maintaining accurate records within our client management systems
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client matters and requests
- Providing general information about financial planning services and our firm's offerings
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting documentation and information
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance requirements within the financial services industry
- Contributing to a positive client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably within financial services, banking or wealth management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth individuals
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple client requests and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and client management software systems




- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial documentation and client records
- A professional demeanour with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Understanding of financial services compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative
- Desirable: experience in financial planning, investment administration or private banking environments
- Desirable: familiarity with Australian financial services regulation and compliance frameworks
