Guardian Vaults & Guardian Gold helps individuals, investors, businesses and major financial institutions protect their wealth through secure storage and precious metals services.

We're seeking professional, client-focused individuals to join our Adelaide team, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

The Role

You'll be part of a close-knit team supporting clients accessing our heritage vault facility and services.

Your focus will include

- Assisting clients accessing vault and storage services.
- Managing appointments, onboarding and account administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client service.

Experience in customer service, client services, banking, financial services or another professional client-facing environment will be highly regarded.
