The SCC Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Supervisor to join our operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites, supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational performance, developing our people and building positive relationships with clients. The position will involve regular site visits and regional travel as required, primarily to Eyre Peninsula and western South Australian sites.

About the role

As Client Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day cleaning operations across your designated portfolio. You will work closely with site supervisors, cleaners and clients to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Overseeing cleaning standards and operational performance across multiple client sites.
- Conducting regular site inspections and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, responding to concerns and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
- Leading, coaching and supporting site supervisors and cleaning staff to achieve performance expectations.
- Coordinating staff coverage and arranging relief cleaners where required.
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of cleaning personnel.
- Monitoring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements and quality and environmental standards.
- Managing cleaning stock and equipment requirements to ensure sites have the resources needed to operate effectively.
- Identifying underperforming sites and implementing practical improvement strategies in consultation with management.
- Monitoring operational KPIs,



reporting on performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a positive, accountable and safety-focused team culture.

About you

You are a proactive and organised operational leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, resolving issues and travelling between sites to support your teams. To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in multi-site cleaning supervision, facilities management or a similar operational leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- A practical understanding of cleaning operations, quality standards and WHS requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing operational priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
- Experience managing client expectations and resolving service-related issues.
- A current driver's licence.
- The ability to obtain and maintain relevant police and working with children clearances.

Experience within the commercial cleaning industry will be highly regarded.
