Some clinicians are the person everyone else gravitates toward — for a second opinion, a debrief, a reminder that they're not practising alone.

At The Mind Room, we're looking for that person to join us as Clinic Lead – People & Practice, and be that strong community and culture leader, supporting our Clinical Partners.

Our Clinical Partners run independent practices, and that independence matters — this role isn't about managing it away. It's about building the kind of relationships and connections that make them feel genuinely part of the Mind Room community, supported to grow their own practice and get the best outcomes for their clients.

You'll do that alongside your own clinical work. It's roughly a 60:40 split — 60% your own caseload in an area you know well, 40% building Clinical Partner relationships and support,



and contributing to a Community of Practice in your area of expertise. You'll join our team of Clinic Leads, reporting to our Clinic Manager.

Collingwood based. Part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days). AHPRA Psychologist or AASW Mental Health Social Worker, 5+ years post-registration, 2+ years leadership experience.
