About the role

Skinpro is seeking a Clinic Coordinator & Content Manager to join our friendly team in Miranda, NSW. This is a casual position that offers flexibility while playing a vital role in the seamless operation of our clinic and the growth of our digital presence. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service whilst managing our online content and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome clients into the clinic and help create a seamless experience from arrival to departure
- Manage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, payments and rebooking
- Build genuine relationships with clients and ensure they never feel like a number
- Confidently communicate about skincare, treatments and client journey
- Support a strong rebooking experience and follow-up process
- Compound Universkin serums prescribed by clinicians, with full training provided
- Coordinate client orders, deliveries and postage
- Create, maintain and improve systems and SOPs
- Capture and create engaging Instagram reels and social content
- Turn real client transformations and clinic moments into compelling stories

About you

- You have experience within a skin, beauty, cosmetic, aesthetic or medical clinic setting, or a genuine passion for the industry
- You enjoy creating systems, processes and structure
- You notice the small details and take initiative without needing to be asked




- You are confident creating social media content and writing copy that connects
- You are comfortable communicating with clients both face-to-face and online
- You are coachable, self-aware and open to constructive feedback
- You communicate openly, honestly and respectfully
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy finding solutions
- You are interested in developing both personally and professionally
- You present professionally and take pride in representing a premium clinical environment
