Purpose of the Role The Clinical Education Specialist team will provide clinical expertise across education, product support and technical content development, with the aim of strengthening confidence in Opticare's products, services and clinical capabilities.

Working alongside the Professional Services Manager, they will contribute to the development of educational resources, support internal teams, strengthen Opticare's clinical credibility through high quality educational content and digital engagement, and help ensure Opticare continues to deliver industry leading clinical support to both customers and employees.

Ideal Candidate

- Qualified Optometrist or Optical Dispenser
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Comfortable presenting and educating others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience working in an independent practice
