Clinical Facilitator | Anaesthetics and CVS Permanent Part-Time | 64hrs per fortnight

We are seeking experienced clinician staff to join our team as the Clinical Facilitator. This is a multi-faceted role where you will be delivering education across our Theatre Anaesthetics department. In this role, you will contribute to the strategic plan of the Hospital Education Department as an essential member of the team.

You will also be required to:

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and support to the staff in all hospital specialties where required
- Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across the facility.
- Provide valuable contributions to the hospital’s quality improvement process.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager,

About You You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and robust interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years’ postgraduate experience within a hospital setting
- Experience in Anaesthetics is essential
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional
- Team leading experience
- Possess excellent time management skills and well developed clinical problem-solving skills
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance.

Remuneration: A base hourly rate of $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1 - 2.4)

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
