Hollywood Private Hospital is a contemporary, acute care hospital in Nedlands and enjoys a strong reputation for excellence in patient care. With more than 900 licensed beds, Hollywood Private Hospital is the State’s largest private hospital based on bed numbers. The hospital employs over 2,000 people and has more than 800 accredited specialists working across a wide range of disciplines including cardiology, gastroenterology, general medicine, general surgery, cardiothoracics, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopaedics, palliative care, psychiatry, paediatrics, rehabilitation and urology.

We are seeking a Clinical Quality Officer to join our team at Hollywood Private Hospital. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 52.5 hours per fortnight. About the Role The Quality Services Unit is seeking a motivated, proactive individual to join our amazing and supportive team. You will analyse and interpret quality and performance data, support clinical audit and quality improvement activities throughout the hospital, prepare reports and presentations for relevant Quality and Risk meetings, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to improve our services.

About You The ideal applicant will possess strong administration and organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritise daily tasks. You will need be able to work autonomously and as part of team,



communicating effectively with staff from all departments across the hospital. In addition, the successful applicant will need to have proven time management, flexibility and sound knowledge of MS Office.

You will also bring;

- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 5 years in an acute hospital setting
- Excellent understanding of clinical governance principles and the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards
- Strong computer literacy including MS Excel
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- A demonstrated involvement in quality improvement and change management

Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $58.38 - $62.60 (effective from the 12th October 2026) + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA RN/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
