About the Role The Project Manager will lead the development, execution, and successful completion of research projects, ensuring delivery aligns with both project requirements and client expectations.

Duties

- Lead project kick-off meetings
- Develop project plans and documentation in line with applicable regulations
- Support the project originator with document management, including protocols and participant information forms
- Coordinate feasibility planning and site selection
- Manage outsourcing activities and vendors
- Oversee budgets and forecasting
- Track project scope and manage changes as they arise
- Identify sites and conduct feasibility assessments
- Set up sites in line with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Oversee staffing and project resourcing
- Monitor deliverables against project timelines
- Ensure milestones and deliverables are met
- Coordinate internal and external meetings

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, ideally life sciences




- Minimum 2 years' clinical project management experience in a CRO environment
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant local regulations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional clinical trial teams
- Experience managing budgets and contracts
- Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas; oncology experience an advantage
- Full Australian working rights
