Located just 10 minutes from Sydney's CBD, The Sydney Private Hospital is a well-established private healthcare facility with five operating theatres, dedicated eye surgery services, 90 inpatient beds, and a growing rehabilitation program. As part of Macquarie Health Corporation, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and service development and we're looking for the right person to help lead the journey.

The Chance

Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our clinical services across surgical, rehabilitation and medical areas.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager who is ready to broaden their influence, develop executive-level leadership skills, and make a genuine impact on hospital performance, patient outcomes, and team culture.

What You'll Bring

You are a positive,



energetic and visible leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and creating an environment where people thrive.

You'll also have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- At least 3 years' experience in a Nurse Unit Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience within surgical, medical and/or rehabilitation services
- Strong clinical governance and quality management knowledge
- A track record of leading teams, improving performance and delivering results
- A passion for patient care and continuous improvement
