YMCA Victoria invites applications for a Casual Duty Manager at the Drouin Outdoor Pool, covering the summer season. You will oversee centre operations during shifts, supervise staff, and foster positive relationships with pool users while upholding safety and wellbeing standards for all visitors.

The role requires a Lifeguard Certificate, CPR and First Aid, with a hands-on, on-site commitment and a solid focus on community safety and engagement for children and families.
