About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Speech Pathologist to join a supportive team working with children and adults with disabilities . This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to begin their professional career, develop practical clinical experience and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language and communication assessments.
- Develop individualised therapy and intervention plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities.
- Support clients with communication, speech, language and swallowing needs where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports and progress notes.
- Support clients in achieving their communication and participation goals.

About You





To be considered, you will have:

- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Eligibility for relevant skilled recognition/membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) .
- A genuine interest in working with children and adults with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-centred, compassionate and professional approach.
- Ability to meet relevant screening requirements for working with children and people with disabilities.

Previous disability or NDIS experience is highly regarded but not essential for new graduates .
