The Role

TheChef de Partie will play a key role in supporting kitchen operations and ensuring the consistent production and delivery of high-quality food across all hospitality outlets at NewGreens Chatswood.

Our diverse hospitality offerings include:

- A vibrant 200-seat indoor/outdoor Café & Bistro on the ground floor
- A versatile multi-room functions and events space with a capacity of 200 guests
- A premium 150-seat rooftop Restaurant & Lounge offering elevated dining experiences

About You

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie with the following:





- 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- A strong track record in fast-paced food & beverage environments, consistently delivering high-quality results
- Creativity, energy, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts
- Experience in stocktaking and maintaining kitchen efficiency
- A vibrant and proactive approach to teamwork and service
- Current First Aid certification and a National Police Check
