Blackburn Kia, Nissan & GWM is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our high-performing service department.

About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every interaction is smooth, transparent, and professional from booking through to vehicle collection.

You’ll be part of a team that manages a high volume of vehicles daily, where organisation, communication, and attention to detail are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Managing service bookings and daily workflow
- Preparing and managing repair orders accurately
- Liaising between technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress
- Providing clear updates on timelines, work required, and outcomes
- Ensuring customers understand the value of the work being completed
- Assisting with invoicing and service documentation
- Supporting the coordination of a busy, high-performing workshop
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor, coordinator, or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
