As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives professional, efficient, and friendly service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

A Day in the Life:

- Welcome customers as they arrive in the service driveway or department
- Communicate with customers throughout the day regarding technician findings and additional recommended work
- Advise customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
- Create Repair Orders and prepare accurate job costings
- Review completed work with customers at the time of payment




- Use your computer skills to efficiently manage repair orders and administrative tasks
