As the weekend Garden Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the running of the store—leading operations, managing staff, and driving sales. You will be required to collaborate with the weekday manager in regard to stock levels and customer orders and fulfilment of those orders.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage weekend of the Garden Centre
- Drive retail and trade sales growth through service excellence and strategic decision-making
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with workplace policies
- Ensure the centre operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company values

About you

- 5+ years' experience managing a landscape supplies yard, nursery or garden centre
- Proven track record in driving retail and trade sales
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with online and in-store sales, POS systems and inventory management




- Extensive experience in retail horticulture or the landscaping supply industry managing or running a store or division (desirable)
- Forklift & Machine licenses or willingness to obtain them (desirable)
