The Opportunity
As an Operator Maintainer (OM), you’ll play a key role in keeping our automated systems running at peak performance.
This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same - you’ll monitor systems, troubleshoot faults, and work closely with maintenance teams to keep operations on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols including safe manual handling practices
- Monitor and operate automated material handling systems
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve faults efficiently and safely
- Use logical problem-solving to troubleshoot technical issues
- Work at heights of up to 30 metres (with full training and safety equipment)
- Support high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to optimise system performance

You’ll Succeed If You Have
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- A practical, hands-on mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Interest in automation, mechanics, or technology
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Physical capability to walk, climb, and lift up to 25kg
- Confidence working at heights
