Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Burleigh Heads is seeking a Service Adviser to be the face of the Ford service experience, connecting customers with the workshop and ensuring every vehicle is well looked after from arrival.

You will greet customers, record faults accurately, prepare repair estimates, keep customers updated throughout the process, coordinate job flow with the workshop, and follow up to secure ongoing trust and repeat business.
