If you enjoy working with customers but also like being hands‑on, this could be the perfect mix. Capral Aluminium – Australia’s largest aluminium manufacturer and distributor – is looking for a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Slacks Creek.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where you won't spend your entire day behind a desk or on a forklift. You'll work across customer service, sales and warehouse operations, helping customers with their orders and enquiries before getting hands‑on to help prepare and despatch their products.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and an important part of keeping the Slacks Creek branch running smoothly.

Your day will include:

- Counter sales and face‑to‑face customer service




- Responding to telephone and customer enquiries
- Entering and processing sales orders
- Preparing quotes and providing order, lead‑time and product updates
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Cutting aluminium using an up‑cut saw
- Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks
- Checking and vetting orders
- Providing product information and support to customers
- Working with the broader branch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a reliable, positive and hands‑on person who enjoys working with customers and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

To be considered, you will need:

- A current LF Forklift Licence
- A reliable work history and strong commitment to safety
- Confidence communicating with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Sound computer skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

You don’t need to know aluminium – we can teach you our products. What matters most is that you bring the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Applicants must be prepared to undertake a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
