Study Coordinator to support the conduct of clinical trials in dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. This is a part-time role, initially requiring Tuesdays and/or Thursdays (9am-4pm) with opportunity to increase hours in the future.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols, ICH-GCP and relevant regulations
- Screening and coordinating study participants
- Liaising with study partners regarding participant visits, assessments and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Working collaboratively with investigators, participants, sponsors and other members of the research team
- Supporting study data collection and entry
About you
- Previous experience in clinical trials or research is highly desirable, but not essential
- Experience working with older adults or people living with dementia is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Commitment to providing compassionate, participant-centred care
