In a nutshell This gig is all about delivering heartfelt service and ensuring extraordinary satisfaction in all interactions with club-v members and their carers. You’ll assist the delivery of club-v activities and ensure a safe setting where club-v members love spending time.

A day in the life

- Welcome members and their carers on arrival and understand any individual needs, routines or considerations.
- Provide heartfelt care, supervision and a safe setting for all club-v members, creating a space where club-v members love spending time and their carers are confident in their supervision.
- Assist in the delivery of club-v activities and programs to all club-v members.
- Provide accurate information about club-v programs and facilities when required.
- Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.
- Provide feedback to carers of club-v members about activites undertaken.
- Ensure all areas of club-v are safe and clean and that club-v’s appearance reflects the highest standards.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall secure environment for members and team members.
- Ensure correct processes are followed in the event of an accident or incident occurring.
- Find ways to give that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected.

To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset

- You have 2+ years of relevant experience, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your first aid. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience. You love to create meaningful moments for children and ensure a safe environment at all times.
- You are people-focused. You enjoy learning about the needs of children and personalised activities for all ages. You’re warm, honest and genuine.
