About The Role

You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the club, including:

- Membership retention and growth
- Manage member enquiries




- Club presentation and cleanliness
- Leading the team
- Driving the positive club culture through your energy, passion and engagement
- Community engagement and social media

You will be well supported by the QLD based Jetts Support Office team, other Jetts Club Managers and the Club Owners. This is a fantastic chance for a leader who genuinely cares about people and is passionate about health and wellbeing to make a lasting impact on our community.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children check
