The opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Co-Founder and CEO to join SecureContext and lead the company through its next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional salaried CEO position.

It is an early-stage, equity-only co-founder opportunity for someone who believes enterprise AI security will become a critical infrastructure category and wants to help build a serious company within it.

You will work alongside the existing founding team, who are focused on product development, engineering, security and operations.

What you will own

- Define and execute SecureContext’s commercial and go-to-market strategy
- Become a visible and credible representative of the company
- Build relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners and investors
- Introduce SecureContext to CTOs, CISOs, engineering leaders and AI transformation teams
- Lead enterprise discovery, sales conversations and commercial negotiations
- Refine the company’s positioning, pricing and market narrative
- Develop strategic partnerships across AI,



cybersecurity and enterprise technology
- Help secure early customers, design partners and channel relationships
- Lead fundraising when the company is ready
- Help build the future leadership, sales and customer success teams

Who we are looking for

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following:

- Enterprise cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, developer tools or B2B SaaS
- Enterprise sales, partnerships, business development or founder-led growth
- Building relationships with CTOs, CISOs and senior technology leaders
- Taking an early-stage technology company from product to market
- Fundraising, startup operations or commercial leadership
- Communicating complex technical products in a clear and compelling way

You do not need to be the person writing the core platform code, but you must be technically credible and comfortable discussing AI agents, enterprise security, access governance and infrastructure with sophisticated buyers.

What matters most

We are looking for someone who:

- Has the ambition to build a meaningful enterprise technology company
- Can create opportunities rather than wait for inbound leads
- Is comfortable operating with limited resources during the early stage
- Can earn trust with technical and executive audiences
- Has strong commercial judgment and founder-level accountability




- Is willing to represent SecureContext publicly
- Wants long-term ownership rather than a short-term consulting arrangement

Equity and engagement

This is currently an equity-only co-founder role with no immediate salary.

The final equity allocation will depend on experience, commitment, responsibilities, network and long-term contribution. Equity will be subject to an agreed vesting structure and formal co-founder agreement.

The intention is to introduce salary and broader executive compensation when revenue, investment or the company’s financial position supports it.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who can contribute meaningfully during the early stage and is prepared to build long-term value alongside the founding team.
