Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role

Territory: YAMBA and surrounds (Includes travel to Grafton and South Grafton)

Hours: Average of 25 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

This role will initially cover a two-month period of leave, from 24 September 2026 through to the end of November 2026. There is potential for the role to be extended beyond this period; however, once the employee returns from leave, the position will continue as a support role for the Yamba area.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.





Successful candidate will have

- Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
- Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
