- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance reporting to support business decision-making.

- Assist with month-end close processes including journals, accruals, reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

- Analyse customer, contract and service line profitability, providing insights to improve margins and operational performance

- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting across the business.

- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.

- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for management.

- Contribute to pricing, tender and business case analysis for new and existing customer opportunities.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes and data quality, leveraging technology and AI where appropriate.

- Tertiary qualification in Accounting & Finance

- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong technical accounting fundamentals
- A compelling ability to influence and build rapport with non finance stakeholders, and to challenge the status quo/process improve
- A lively, social personality
- A genuine thirst to learn, work hard and grow within the business as it scales
